Try using DesMuMe if No$GBA doesn't work. Here it works on DesMuMe but I want english patched(text only if possible).

Not a request for r4-roms, just saying that I hate playing games that I don't understand a thing(if it was like "Ore-Tachi wa kanarazu katsu" instead of japanese kanjis I'd understand, but I don't understand kanjis at all)
